For your muscular strength and endurance our weight training workouts are ideal but sprinkle a Barre, Pilates, Group Power™, Core Training, Interval Burn, Free Motion class or a Strive workout and you have taken it to the next level! Since your heart is a muscle also, try our great cardio machines and add in Spinning, Cardio Craze, Group Blast™, Zumba, WaterInMotion classes, Cardio Sport, Pickleball, and Group Active classes™.

Whether you have been at Cornerstone for years, have just joined, or are considering a membership, it may be time to bring more happiness into your life.  I want to invite you to challenge yourself for the next 6 weeks to your own personal happiness project!

I say six weeks because that is about how long it takes to form a new habit. If you stick with it and don’t give up half way, you have the opportunity to stay on the path of true happiness - something that no amount of money or possessions can bring to you.

How to Get Started

young Man just waking up in morningSo, with that being said, the first step starts as soon as you open your eyes in the morning.  Make a conscious decision that will set the tone for each and every day AND CHOOSE HAPPINESS. Then pick one activity each week for the next six weeks that you haven’t experienced yes, and each week alternate from the mind, spirit and body selection above to create that essential balance in your workouts. If you’re not sure where to start, our wellness coaches would be happy to map out a plan with you – compliments of Cornerstone!
